.....but my old boss can't wait to get me back, so past experiences do make a difference.
I'm currently trying to get on with a company in my backyard vs. my old boss that is 65 miles away. New company tells me they are interested but talk is getting to be real cheap......waiting for a truck and the go.
Keep looking...something is out there, O/O will be your best bet. When I first went out I had ZERO otr in a big truck but plenty of traveling across the lower 48. The boss said he'd ride with me for a month to see/train me, I told him if he was with me longer than 2 weeks I'd quit.
He got out after 10 days.....worked for him 3.5 yrs. But I was in my late 40's, don't drink, married, reared on a farm..kids gone. LIfe experiences make up what the Bosses look at too.
Have class "A" no one will hire me!!
