The company I work for after school must have a pet policy. I am everything to my dog. I'm not just going to give her up.
CaliforniaJellyroll Thanks this. -

Saw a driver the other day that wished he had left FIDO at home , he let the dog ( mid sized REAL FURRY MUTT type ) off its leash to go for a run in a field behind where we were loading , suddenly a BIG YELP and Fido comes running towards his owner and basically jumps right into the guys arms , reason for the YELP was FIDO had ran across a Mommy Skunk and 4 little ones who knew how to SPRAY . Boy did that dog stink , and so did his owner and likely so would his fairly new PETE 389

Pet Policy: Prime Inc. is pleased to allow driving associates to have a single pet on their truck. The pet policy provides a weight limit of 30 pounds and requires a refundable pet deposit. The deposit can be paid in full up front or financed over a 6 week period. -
I watched a driver, granted probably a lease op, roll through SpriMo with like 3 husky looking dogs. I wouldn't sweat it. Just don't let it wreck anything.

I would love to take my boy OTR with me... He is not a small dog but not a Great Dane either... Most of the time he was just in the house with me so not much difference about the house vs the truck... Now, when I am OTR, he is in the house until the wife gets off work so I am thinking he would actually prefer being in the smaller space of a truck with me vs being alone in a big house until she comes home and I know I will enjoy his company too...
The only issue... Well, I specifically asked the recruiter about the company's "pet policy" of which he said there was a $500 refundable deposit to cover any damages to the truck... Not worries about that at all as he has never been "destructive" (ok, a couple of the wife's shoes have been sacrificed but nothing too serious) but when I started the job it was then that I was informed of the 25lbs limit... lol ... I don't want a cat... I want a dog... LOL
OH WELL, after training I will inquire about an exemption for him and see where that goes.
Stay Safe, (pets too)
