Having problems with my renewal insurance

In July 2022 I had an inspection, which the police gave me as reckless driving and substances control. No accidents. This is my first bad inspection in 5 years.

and now I have a problem with the renewal of my insurance this month, since all the doors that I have knocked on have been closed to me, there are not many companies out there that want to insure you apparently.

Has this happened to anyone? and who has insured them? thank you

 

Yes, the officer found "substances" on the truck at the moment of the inspection. But this record only appears on the CSA. My MVR is clean

 

It was a day that I was driving and the trucker that was in front of me did not want to let me change lanes.
