    Unless they charged you with identity theft which is possible if it's a felony (that would be a disqualification)

    No robbery is holding a weapon to someone and taking their things by force. Burglary is breaking in when no one is there. Parole looks at robbery as a violent crime or aggravated therefore you can't make parole til 50% of ur time is finished. Js

    But the dmv doesn't do the background check. I emailed a tsa threat assessment program engineer and told him my situation he said its fine. My burglary was convicted in 2002-2003 at the latest. Being 12 years ago I don't think it should make a diff. Idk I should find out in the next day or so and will post back with the news

    Ur good.I wouldn't even worry about it.ur conviction is way old.Most states I believe its only 7 years.nys my home state just happens to be 10 on disqualification.even that ur still good

    Only thing I'm worried about is it 7 from the day of court the last day of jail or parole
