And for anybody wondering why the law is so tight on shipping papers locations should think about emergency situations. In this situation trained emergency responders know where to look for the vital information about what is hauled and how much is hauled. The papers have to be done in such a way responders will waste no time when they start clean ups because in some situations they have no idea how to clean until they know what they are cleaning up. AND they are just as strict on rail shipments.

Go see reefer madness.. You'll be safe from the demon, soul lacking, destroyer of all that is good an holy in the world ,pot smokers.
If you were leaving a trailer of popcorn while going to see your movie, I'd be alarmed. Roving bands of pot smokers are hijacking trucks for the munchies. Popcorn is a highly valuable commodity in the world of stoners. Cheetos are slightly less in value due to the orange dust. Tends to get all over the game controllers. An walls, parents hate orange finger marks on the walls. Cause everyone who smokes pot lives at home in their parents basement, offering nothing to society.
That hurt trying to type that all out with a straight face.

What placard is used for catnip?

No need! Just follow the cats chasing the driver and the look of pure terror on that drivers face.IluvCATS Thanks this.

You could have done better than that. Think!

That is correct
However what if the product was on fire and you can't get near the truck or trailer especially with blue placards.
I also believe SOMEBODY has to be in attendance of a placarded load. If you register it at the desk and they accept it you will probably be ok. -
My bad...
