Hazmat endorsement time frame?

I had Hazmat back in 2007.Took 13 days from start till I was in dmv getting a new license with the endorsement.

 

They never sent me an emal, and when I check it online, it still shows as processing, even with license in hand.

 

Mine took less than 12 hours. Took exam, went to an enrollment center to be fingerprinted for TWIC & HME. Then my "eligibility status" turned green on TWIC tab and on the HME tab it stated I was approved. So I call the 855# listed on the site and they told me over the phone I was approved for both HME and TWIC and I could head to the DMV in the morning since they transmit the HME info no longer requiring you to have the letter in had like they once did.
