    Don't know about other states, but NC wouldn't even check their computer till I showed them the letter.. bring it with you..

    Good advice, I tried to hand them the letter in Colorado and she said "that means nothing to me"

    I would take it with me anyway.

    i had to go to the Nebr. State Patrol to get finger printed, than after a few weeks i went to the DMV to get my endorsement on my licence.
