You can tell you have absolutely “No” common sense. Anyone seeking to get a Hazmat “KNOWS” they should have a clean record. And what I mean by that is the situation your in now. And if you have a felony….. goodluck.

Even for just a traffic stop, that warrant will get you arrested. Bad news if you are under dispatch and your load gets impounded... you in jail...

The answer I posted is the 1st or 2nd result when using a search engine. I wonder what you searched for if it didn't give you an answer.

It is true that having an open warrant can send you to jail if you have any contact with police. You'll pass a TSA check unless you have conviction or warrants for the listed offenses.

And you must have 0 common sense either to get on a thread and comment without reading the comments before yours. Traffic ticket from years ago. NOT A FELONY. I know it’s hard to read the SOOO many comments before you.

I get that I’m trying to get hazmat before getting a driving job with it. I drive heavy wrecker right now and deal with cops every single day almost. I’m not asking about going to jail or “what ifs” I was asking is it possible to get it right now before I move on to something else.

Are you just hoping for the best, when you have an outstanding warrant for your arrest?

That is not a 'what if', since you stated the fact.
