    I have a friend who drives for TMC and he is not experiencing any of the problems you guys are talking about guess he's one of the lucky ones.

    I haven't talked to anyone that pulls HazMat for TMC who has gotten all of their HazMat pay. I just checked my settlements, none of my reimbursements have been federally taxed.
