    How is that still the case? I just renewed in May and I literally got an E-mail on the day I got finger printed that I had pasted.

    What I've found at least in my state, but the finger printing seems if you have no record like criminal,etc..it just seems it goes very quickly thru the system...I was told as always by the finger print agency doing it that it could take up to 90 days, the MVD where I live has it within 2-3 days. Every renewal for me has been that way. I have no felony/criminal record, but just saying. Oh by the way some Staples has started doing TSA/Finger printing, I went to Staples on recent renewal/fingerprints.
