Based on your theory here; that would eliminate just about every company out there. They all have million mile post about how bad they suck!
I maybe wrong here, but if you sign the contract with Stevens, YOU'RE ON THE HOOK for all that money in that contract weather you get hired by them or not. You sign it your in and you may be sent home at any time. Your credit is shot, collection people will be calling, they could even sue you for the money. Get a copy of the contract and have an attorney look it over. If it sounds to good to be true................it is.
The money thing is what I really wanted to point out to you. I have not read/heard of any other company doing this to the newbie driver. $6,000... I wouldn't have that money to pay-back if I were in that situation!!! Stressed enough???
Read my feedback on Stevens if you need confirmation of what EVERYONE is telling you here. You will wind up with a jacked-up DAC, thousands to repay for subpar training, and ruined credit. Buyer beware!
