Just want to say hello to all the Melton drivers out there.
I am really excited to be headed to Melton. Starting orientation on Monday the 20th.
I am a recent CDL graduate and thanks to TTR I was able to have a very short list of companies that I wanted to work for. Glad they opened up recently to new graduates. When I first started my research (months ago) they only accepted drivers with 6 months of experience, or at least that is what their site said. I was glad to see their application in my schools packet of applications on day 1. And the Melton recruiters have been hounding me since day 3.
Anyway, just saying thanks to everyone that has posted on this forum.
Headed to Tulsa

No, I am flying.... Only spent a few extra bucks after reimbursement. Even with the extra long layover I knocked 25+ hours off the trip!
I didn't want to sit on a bus looking like this for a day and a half. -
God bless you and your entire family! -
Thanks, I will learn all I can while with them. If they treat me right, they will have a great employee for years to come.
-
If you get Wanda run.
-
Have my fingers crossed for that.... Seems to be one of the biggest issue I have come across while reading the threads.
-
Fleet 29 where it's at. She leaves ya be as long as you do your job. I haven't received a message or call from her except load related.
-
Jsprocket, I just realized that we're on the same fleet!
Angie doesn't talk to me either. That's the way I like it!
I do my job and she does hers. -
Is there any rhyme or reason to what fleet they assign a driver to?
