Heading for driving school

Wow, I thought you only had one more week to go, before going with a company. Good luck on your permit test. We have 2 more weeks of school, then we take the CDL driving test.

 

We are thinking Convenant, yet I thought you should know.... Convenant is more about teams. Do you have someone you would want to team with?

On the pre tip air brakes....for me, it was easier to remember, once I broke it down into what I was doing. First I'm checking for any leaks then I'm checking the rate of build up. Good luck on both. Once you get past the general knowledge the rest of the test for CLP is easier if you studied. Let me know how it goes. I also made a cheat sheet to help me remember the entire PTI. Writing it down helped another person remember it. Everyone has their own way.
I'm trying to get mine down to 15 minutes or less. Yesterday it took me 8 minutes just to do the truck.

 

Awesome! Now for the scary stuff. Lol
I actually had a really good road day today. I am great full for all the truckers that gave us room or waited patiently for us to get going from lights, or when we got on the freeway. Now the 4 wheelers.... today I swear they was in rare form.... especially for one member of my team. I swear they was cutting him off left and right. We was stopped at a red light and since we leave about a car length in front, a little pickup with a trailer cut in front of him at an angle since there wasn't enough room for it to actually get in the lane.

 

Today was a Yard day with still working on parallel. I'm getting the blind side and it seems like danny is doing better on the sight side. We still have a few more yard days where we can get better before the final and DPS test. Tomorrow is road day and I really hope I do as good as I did on my last trip.
How are you doing? Did they teach you shifting and driving in circles or straight line backing first?
