Is it normal for Maverick to not give Averitt my start/end dates? All they would do was verify me so I had to contact my recruiter to send me my first and last paystubs. Kinda getting annoying.

 

I don't think I ever got paystubs. All my direct deposit info came over the qualcomm.

 

When you originally attended orientation did you have an email address to give maverick to email them to you? If so they should have been emailed to the address you gave them. Maverick used to send paystubs by snail mail, email, or both. As far as I know, maverick has gone paperless with their paystubs warning all of us via qcom they were going to do so. They also asked if we did not have a "g mail" account to create one so we could continue to receive our paystubs.

Unsure of mavericks policy as far as verifying employment dates but in a lawsuit happy world we live in, would be a good idea to only verify employment dates if even that. Even 10 years ago where I worked, if someone called to verify someone's employment we could say yes they do still work here or no they don't. Heck even in 1996, same thing. Yes they work here or no they don't.

Oh yeah they have my email lol. I finally got an email from a Hayley in payroll with her direct number to give to Averitt. She said she'd give them my start/end dates. Hopefully this works out and I can get back on the road. I miss it.

 

glad to hear that maverick did that for you. When you get hired on with averit or whomever. Save your paystubs. Ever been audited by the IRS? No? The more paper proof you have of what you are claiming, the better. Oh, no proof of this and that?!?. Wages GARNISHEDuntil debt is paid.
