I Have a 2012 International SB4300 & a 2016 SB4300 both melting the headlight receptacles every month or so. I've been replacing them with high temp Doorman replacement parts that seem to be high quality but this keeps happening. Dealer is telling me there has to be another issue upstream from the harness (even said my driver must have put in a fuse in that was too high of an amperage). The fuse panel has never been touched so that's not it. Anyone else having this issue on later model 4300's? Is this a bad design? Anyone come up with a solution?
    Thanks in advance.

Check your ground connections, make sure you have a good ground.

It's either melting because the terminals and wiring are too light and can't handle the amperage, or you are using aftermarket bulbs that are simply getting too hot, or a combination of both.
