Headset for cellphone

AirPods Pro 2 been working great in the truck.

 

I have a couple of buddies that have them as well and they sound fine. I had a pair and couldn’t get them to go as loud as the Blur Parrot or truck radio.

After my s650 parrot wouldn't update firmware I pitched it out window on i24. Bought this and haven't looked back at a parrot. But since the AirPods Pro 2 I haven't picked the defensive coordinator headset since. Can't beat the amazon special thought for $35. 30hour talk time and better noise cancellation than the parrot!!!!!

 

I talk to a driver regularly, and he uses the apple AirPods instead of the built in mic and speaker in the truck so he wont wake up his team driver in the bunk .

they sound great on this end .

 

I have the AirPods Pro 1 and like them. I hear V2 is even better especially on the ANC. Looking to hand mine down and grabbing the new ones.

 

Worth it 100%. I run nights and use them both while rolling. Truck noise is pretty much no longer there. Sometimes I ride with them in just to have silence. I been strictly using them for calls since release and no one complains so I’m done with the defensive coordinator headset.

 

I love feature (not sure if the name) where the sound now comes from a fixed point in space. No mater where you look the sound always comes from my tablet. The fact that they can do that surround and directional effect with just two ear buds is awesome. No longer just left/right channels but full sound control.

makes movie time on 34 and downtime much better. Like sitting in a home with a better surround sound setup.

I was tempted to buy the new google pixel 7 pro but I am too deep in the Apple ecosystem it’s hard to get out. I like their buds for the Google assistant. Makes hands free easier when driving. For some reason Siri don’t understand me well.

 

My new BT 450 is a piece of poop. They sent me a replacement and the same issue. They have the engineering department from Switzerland contacting me to resolve the issue. I told them since “Jabra” bought them out, Blue Parrott has gone downhill. They have a BT 450 “Classic”, I told them to send me that as a replacement with the v1.11 version. They said there out of stock. Long story short…… Blue Parrot sucks since Jabra bought them out. 10 thumbs down for the Blue Parrot.
