BCBS; PPO plan with an HSA.......HSA held over from pre-Obamacare but the plan changed. For 12k deductible, with 3 kids, 550 per mo. Virtually no exposure since HSA has enough in it to cover ALL out of pocket. Preventive care is at 100% and no deduct. applies anyhow.
