I like most of what you say. I don't agree with the no vaccinations for your children. I believe vaccinations are good for childhood diseases. I grew up at the end of the childhood polio. It is a terrible disease. I personally don't get any flu vaccines. Each day I take 1000iu of vitamin C (with rose hips) it helps the bodies immune system.
It is real easy for people to be a little healthier. Drink water and exercise to elevate your metabolism at least once a day three times is better.

I understand completely. You can never be passionate enough when it comes to your health.

People need to learn that too much of anything is bad, none of some things are good and without the proper research you're shooting in the dark.

Also about microwaves, I couldnt help but think about it also. It can't be healthy to operate in a confined space such as the sleeper/cab of a tractor.

Hey young man, I hear you and I'm just as passionate as you are on this topic. You only have to look at some of my early threads to see what I really think. I'm as mad as a hornet on things like GMOs. I'm sick tired of all the lies and garbage dished up by the corrupt food industry that's trying its best to control the food supply. The sugar lobby wants to put sugar in everything.
I'd like the Govt to stop meddling and interfering in giving us BS guidelines as in their stupid food pyramid. Diabetes and obesity is at epidemic levels. What's sad is that folks think it's ok just to take a pill and all will be well. They're just not willing to change their diet and lifestyle. They want a quick fix. Even young kids are getting the disease. Now we have another problem on the way. Fatty liver syndrome, caused by this toxic poison called High Fructose Corn Syrup. You eat that rubbish and the body doesn't know what to do with it. But doctors are alarmed at the damage it's causing. But follow the money and greedy corporations only care about profits. HFCS is cheap to make. We all have to make sound choices in what we eat. You eat as freshly grown organic as you can. Stop eating out of cans and packets. Spend good money on top quality foods, and stop buying the cheap stuff.
In the long run you will benefit from good health.
But sometimes I wonder if the folks at the top want us to be sick. It's more revenue for the healthcare industry that's also driven by greed and profit. Good luck.

    Tonitos Thanks this.

Be careful with the boiled eggs. If you eat too many you will have a blue flame of methane gas blowing out your window all day. lol

I always eat healthy because one step into the T/S and you see your motivation. I eat turkey and chicken and lots of vegetables(carrots, spinach, kale, etc) and drink only water. I eat this way so I don't become what most drivers look like.

Another thing is that what you are eating is loaded with carbs and tons of sugar. You if are wanting to lose weight stop eating all those carb/sugar/fat loaded foods like cereal, peanut butter/jelly, cheese, dressings, bread, eggs(yolk) part.
Instead of say 3 big meals thru the day, have 6 small meal thu out the day. Ditch the soda and drink water only.
Lean meats like chicken and turkey with veggies like spinach, kale, shredded carrots and some avocado with mustard on a low carb tortilla always taste good.
And as always exercise is a must. When you are sitting around for hours on end put some gym shorts on and go walk/jog for 30 minutes or so.
And to not toatally ditch foods that you really like let yourself have a burger and a beer or some pizza every so often.

I worked for a very wealthy older Swiss couple for 10 years. I spent a fair amount of personal time with them as we all got along as family.
They were here in the states for only 2 months out of the year but their biggest complaint was that the meat was so full of hormones that you could smell it.

When they were here they had me always buying them fresh local caught fish and naturally grown veggies..
