Heart murmur??

    Hi, Im new im this forum, recently lost my job and I am interested in becoming a truck driver. I have a VSD (ventricular septal defect) heart murmur and a friend of mine was telling me he think I can not get a CDL or pass a physical with that condition. I have that scince I was born and it doesn't affect me at all. Any info about it will be appreciated.

    Sorry I can't help much but I have a very low Heart murmur, barley noticeable and I drive. To your Question spend the $ and get a DOT physical and find out. Also take a Magnesium supplement, I take GNC's Super Magnesium I don't know if it helps but it sure can't hurt.

    I have a mechanical aortic valve and I am on blood thinners. Get a one year card every time.
