heart rate test

There are some medical conditions, if being medicated and are under control and monitored......they will give a pass. It shows you have been under the care of a doctor for this condition. It all about company liability and insurance regulations.

Maybe a pumpkin driver can tell you what their goal heart rate is for a female.

 

The heart rate formula is 220 - age x .9

 

That is the maximum your heart rate can go to during testing.

 

That looks like a calculation for maximum heart rate and heart rate reserve, but I thought the calculation number for females was slightly higher, something like 226, but maybe Schneider or these work fit doctors use a diffierent standard?

 

Go see a doctor so he can check u, just to be sure.

 

I think Schneider is a great team company........but its good to have options, investigate Conway truck load as well. They are a good teaming company as well.
