Heartland express

i am with them right now. nevery get me home like they promised and they sent me loads with no way out of customers and ask me to violate clock and then call seftey. scammers bad company. looking for a way out right now looking for another job and running as far away as i can from heartless. i am regional they keep me out like i am otr not fair alot of drivers are quiting so am i bye bye heartless.

 

They advertise home every weekend,but that only b.s they keep you on the road for at least a month,and sitting on weekends,thats why heartland is on my ###### list.

 

That sitting on the weekends is the worst part of OTR trucking. I can't stand it. If I'm going to sit on the weekends, it's going to be at the house.

 

All i can say is welcome to the trucking revolution if you talk with any trucker who's been out there for years it comes down to what you can put up with otherwise choose another profession.

 

yeah aussiejosh iv'e been out the and i agree but not if they promise regional 3 weeks home and 1 week out and your out for a month. regional is not otr get it right. heartland is scammers their advertising is because they cant keep drivers 120% turnover including my slef. very very bad company all they care is about them self they dont care about the drivers at all. always in the north east shot miles. they send you to cusomers with not enough hours to get to safe haven or truck stop and the customers has not parking. and they saftey yells at your for driving with no hours. and when saftey calls dispactch he throws all the blame on you you end up suspended and everntually fires. better hope dot state cop dont pull you over getting to safe haven with no hours. warning drivers beware very very bad company. go to jbhunt or crete or conway. i am out of here my self. First off, turn off the caps - its considered rude and yelling. Second, instead of getting on here and complaining how about talking to management? Don't tell me you have already done that, because I'm quite sure you haven't. If you have an issue that operations hasn't solved to your satisfaction, pick up the phone and call Mr. King.

 

first off he can say what he want's. this is what this site is all about telling other friends and co drivers about the company such as heartless so they dont get caught up in the mess were in and the drivers can pick a better company. and tryied tell dispatch and the planners in heartland about the issues. that the load cannot be delivered with dot hours and be legal or cannot deliver and have time to get to safe haven they just dont care. so why bother. instead this site was made to warn other friends and co brother drivers about how big of a lie heartless express is so they dont waste their time here and they can find a better job so they can help support their kids and family and not waste their time where they will only get in trouble and get them fired in the end. cause heartless just does not care. AMEN.

 

Well if your driving is as bad as your grammar I can see why you don't get any miles. Half the time you don't make a bit of sense, and more than one person has pointed this out. Personally, I don't believe you work for them.

 

ckaplan your a funny guy. you can make fun of my grammer and try to steer me off but as long as the message is getting to other drivers. i doesn't matter what you say. if i save them the headache and time wasted. they dont need the bs. people got families to support no time for b.s.

Families are not the responsibility of the employer, families are YOUR responsibility so instead of spending all your energy complaining how about doing something about it? You can always go to the terminal and turn in the keys. If your going to quit, at least have the decency of quitting like a man.
