    oh man, yes even at that early morning hour, if that UPS driver had died due to the heat, that would be murder charges as well. i cannot get over why the doors to the cab were not locked.

    my car, any of my work trucks, those doors are locked, if i could, i would have locked my motorcycles doors as well....
