    I always keep a couple of these in the truck, if you ever get stuck in a blizzard somewhere, it's pretty nice to be able to have a hot meal or two without leaving the warmth of the tractor.

    Last resort only, and of course there are other solutions, but...

    They fed these to us in Afghanistan along with regular MRE. Little pricey, I would just have food prepared from the wife in a cooler and then nuke it in the truck microwave.
