Oh,forget about it- Your geared wrong loaded Heavy coming into Cumberland..Your Done For (cant remember how many escape ramps there are)-yeah it sits straight for a few quarter mile stretches, But its nasty- Farther West You Go....Worse the Grades are.

Knuckleheads need to learn to use a lower gear.

I don't run that road much anymore but used to a lot any there was always someone that couldn't read smoking they're brakes .

That would be the same class of moron I saw not one but FOUR of crossing the Bay Bridge eastbound in the reversible lane on the westbound span today. It's not like there aren't signs all over the place prohibiting that to trucks.

That just means there is a lot of bad drivers out here.

Try US-40 heading out towards Uniontown, PA. Now that's work, especially without an engine brake.

I'll never forget my first trip back through there with a pair of heavy pups thanks be to some idiot losing a load of sulfuric acid on the PA Turnpike.bzinger Thanks this.
