Just wondering if the op has actually figured out the weight ratings based on the bridge laws because I can’t get 20k out of the truck mounted lift axles, got one huge OW fine because the driver didn’t know how to figure out the bridge law limits on the truck.

How much do you make a week doing heavy haul? A driver told me that the rates for y’all suck and y’all can only run in the daytime so we make more. I call BS

I made 2500-3100 gross a week when I did HH, company driver, but that was real HH lol. 132k isn't all that much. Canada runs 140k everyday everywhere, no permits. I was up in the 180k-225k range.Last edited: Oct 28, 2021

As a company or owner op?

Company driver.

What do you think an O/O can get?

I'm not sure but typically drivers are in the range 20-30% of truck gross, I was paid a flat rate per day, more when loaded, less when running empty, that's the reason for the $5-600 range weekly.

Sound like the truck gross 10k which is what a dry van truck grosses. What is the point in doing H/H?
-
dry vans are constantly grossing 10k a week? Impressive.beastr123 Thanks this.

Constantly? No. Or let me say it depends on the route. And the company.
