    Its nice to see this website trying to Help newer and older drivers alike. For those of you that are new to this industry Please invesagate
    each and every company. Never take a company for granted most company's now days will tell you what you want to hear just to get
    you on board. Its a sad shame its gotten this bad. Todays managment does not have a clue what is going on and freight brokers are
    just as bad. I've been out here for 43 years and while I'm very seasoned driver I still have management trying to tell me how to drive
    The days of having no interstate system was my best days of trucking you could all most go anywhere and be respected and always
    have a smiling face to see. CB radio in the 70's was a god send not many drivers had radios but what few did made the miles go by
    fast. Now days with the foul language being ever so present on the air waves and bad attitude at a lot of shippers and receivers its
    no wonder. Compan'ys nowday's do not have a plan nor do they care driver turn over is the worst I've seen. As for my take on the
    D.O.T.:biggrin_2559: what a bunch of knuckleheads safety is not a issue here its all about money. I don't give them credit for helping at all. Maybe
    I'll touch on this subject another time. Be safe out there your not in that big of a hurry. Quit passing everyone just to get on the side of the
    road or hit that truck stop.
