As a sidenote, yes, I do have a sharp edge to me, but I'm astounded that someone who loves to dish it out has such delicate feelings. I never set out to post anything on this or any site anything that would trouble someone. It's not my nature. This open tiff was over the top, and frankly absurd. My pm to him was not nasty in any way, all I did was be straight up and ask what the problem was. I wish I could post it publicly, and include his response. That would shine a bright light on our respective true nature's. In any event, onward and upward!

Apprapo to none of this sticky business, I'm happy to report that I love driving for Henderson, adore Tim my awesome and knowledgeable trainer, and will have my own truck assigned in approximately two weeks. Not sure where the rumor about my looking to be a dispatcher (for Gordon, I think?) originated from, but that's a career path I'll never travel. It's the call of the open road that brought me to this industry in the first place. As I've mentioned before, if I ever leave driving, I'm sure I would go into trucking law and be happy to defend the rights of truckers on any level I can. I think you all are simply awesome.

Hi, Joe, I'm actually planning on releasing OSHA's report after I receive a copy. I really don't take issue with you for the request, it's an outrageous story. So far, all my interactions with OSHA have been via telephone, and I'm pretty sure I've posted the investigator's name. Lisa A spoke with me several times, and then made an appointment for our recorded two hour interview. PattyJ , would probably be a better source as far as OSHA's procedure, but I do know my claim was presented to Navajo, that they did respond back to Lisa, and that Lisa has to prepare their response with appropriate redactions before it's submitted back to me. Lisa told me about two months ago that she's got many older cases she's working on but the investigation is still live.

As far as a civil claim against the company, the Statute of Limitations for this particular tort (injury) is one year from the date of the incident. December 2 is the anniversary. Because we can't jeopardize losing the case because of the time limitation, my attorney is preparing a demand letter to Navajo, and I'm meeting with him (Donald M, Esq.) on the 30th of this month when I'm back home.

I've discussed actual employees and certain officers of the company in my original post, so Navajo is fully aware of everything I've posted about them. I noted in this current thread that Navajo has failed to send me a Cease and Desist letter; that step would likely be the first step they would need to take to stop any defamatory statements I would be making against them. It hasn't happened. In defamation law (libel, slander), truth is an absolute defense.

I'm happy to clear up any unanswered questions on this matter, to the extent I can.
