    Well I guess I should start by saying I'm a second time O/O. I guess I didn't learn the first time. I'm going about things a bit different this time though. For starters I have back-up money in the bank and I'm also going to be running under my own athority this go round instead of leasing to someone. I've been doing some reading and think there is a lot to be offered here, so thanks in advance for all the help.
