I'm obviously new to the site, and have been stopping by from time to time. Started driving medium duty trucks back around 1982, then in 1986 I bought an old 72 K100, 335/9spd and so began my journey in trucking, mostly hauling steel/coils for Armco out of Ashland, KY an Middletown, OH.I started out with Machinery Hauling from Kenova, WV.Stayed at it for about 8yrs till my divorce so I'm not an O/O anymore but still drive a few trucks with the company I'm employed with, Do alot of tinkering around with antique tractors, mostly J.I.Case. I still have an ol truck, 77 transtar 4200 with an 8V-92 / 13spd that I'm thinking of making my tractor hauler. My wife and I are the Founders/Pesidents of Vintage Pride antique tractor and engine show here in WV.

Welcome to the site, Jim. It's always good to have more old school guys around.

    Thanks dogknot,
Been enjoying alot of the post and pics of some fine looking rigs, guess I'll have to share a pic or two of some of the rigs I use to drive from the 70's.
