Hello, Another WannaBe

Hello there. Lots of information you have here. I like to drive, Figured I'd look into doing it for a living. I also like gears, widgets, wheels, belts, fiddlesticks, hoses, wires and everything that whirls or makes a loud and or cool noise and smells of machinery, grease, fuel and mans creative innovations. I don't, however, like math, and pre-trip route planning scares me. I learn well from my hands and eyes, not so much out of books though. Thought about Trucking for awhile. The market began to plummet along with my mothers health, requiring near constant care - and as a result of the two factors I've never been able to find work. But now her health has improved, and I'm once again seeking to become a professional driver. - And using a trusty computer, i began to seek out information - and stumbled upon this treasure trove. Figured I'd join up and get to know people with diesel in their blood.
