    My name is Brian and I have been driving since 2001 - have been out of work for 10 months. Hard to find a big company to drive for where your going to make enough money to live on the road AND pay bills at home. I have a grown son and a 14 year old son.

    I like to camp, fish, hunt with the boys when I can. I'm just a driver and a good ole boy from the country trying to make it. :biggrin_25519:

    Maverick will probably hire you; those drivers make about a grand a week & some more. They also have a weekend home program; same weekend home program with McElroy.

    Tanker/hazmat you can make about $60K + per year.

    Schneider might put you to work in their tanker/hazmat division.
