I am a dispatcher/ dm for a small family trucking company with about 25 trucks. I have been in the trucking industry my entire life from being the son of a driver / owner operator to a shop hand through Highschool and a mechanic for a while and a Dispatcher for the last 6-7 years. I have been monitoring this forum for some time and I have learned alot from you guys on the struggles that you face on the road and have also learned alot about what simple things I can do from the office end to help avoid problematic situations for drivers. I just signed up to become a member so I can offer my opinion on some things and also ask questions as they come up. Thanks again everyone for the wealth of information on this forum.
