    I don't know what my ultimate plans are at the moment. I am currently working on getting my doubles and tanker endorsements with hazmat endorsement after school. I know where to get the TWIC, but don't know what the Passport card is. Can you elaborate? Thank you.

    Passport Card can be used to enter Canada for those that don't have a Passport.

    Where is your location.
    You won't need the Passport Card since you already have a passport. Passport card is only good for Canada anyway. You don't need it.

    Stay away from the companies owned by Arabs, India Indians, and Russians, None sre good not one. Stay with the larger ameican compaines till you figure it out. I think GP Transco hires out of your area. Good Luck.
