Hello to all forum members. I am new to the trucking industry. Have been licensed since Jan 2012. Spent 3 months trying to beat the "get your experience otr" weorking in North Dakota. Had a good job but was in construction. Too many lost days due to weather and material issues so I came back home to earn my wings the old fasion way.

Well, here I am. I have an application in at Schneider and KLLM. Schneider was a dedicated job w/ walmart. A closer look and it seems like I will need to go OTR or at least regional to learn and earn as much as I safely can while doing the coveted 12 months experience requirement.

Of the 2 choices, which would be the best choice. I have read all the blogs on here and they swing from good to bad.

    Best wishes to all.
