Hi there, My name is Scott.First,i'd like to thank TTR for a awesome forum.Second,id like to thank all of the members on here for all the input.You all are great.Very informative,real,comical n helpful.I am a driver.Started hauling rodeo stock out of AZ in 1985.Have driven on/off up till 2012.Longest stint was 7 yrs.So i do know alittle about trucking.Im taking a break down here in Ecuador,coming back run my own truck next year.I would like to chime in once in a while-if you dont mind.I do feel---kinda---out of place,since im not in the USA actively trucking,kind of like,what's this guy know-he doesn't even live here.I hope you wont feel that way n i wont try to bother anyone/or anyones thread.But i have been around,i was double clutching n jamming gears when some of these guys were still running down the inside of their mom's thigh.So i hope i can be some help,have fun,make some internet friends,etc.
Happy New Year-keep the shiny side up n the greasy side down.
Oh- 1 question-can anyone tell me about Allied Van Lines-such as hometime,mileage or pecentage pay,what are there running lanes,paper logs or e-logs,do they have apu's,refrigerators,what size inverters,2 cb antenna's or 1,do they have forward facing camera's,how much money can i bring home every week,can i work 5 days n have 2 off every week----------------ok-ok,ill stop.Thought id give you a chuckle.

There's probably a dozen or so drivers that post on here that have homes overseas.
I can't help you with bedbuggers information, but some on here can. This is a good forum and you'll enjoy it. -

@Chinatown ,hi-thank you for the welcome.I see henderson-cool place- i ran a hay farm in palomino valley(n of sparks)fished Pyramid lake for 3 yrs.Lahoton cut throat trout-huge.
I was joking about allied van lines-i see many posts where people write in and ask about a company------then replies like-"why dont you call them"- it was just a joke from the new guy-------heck-i dont even think allied van lines still exist,i just remember there orange cabovers(was that an allied or a schneider).Chinatown Thanks this. -
If someone asks about things like do they allow riders I do tell them to call. Some things are quicker to call. Others are not.
But anyways welcome! -
