I can go into the revenuer and say I want the CDL etc etc etc and this and that and over yonder for the endorsements too. All of them will be taken right there on paper on the spot. Turned in, graded and they stamp a new CDL. Done.

Maybe you should come out of Mass sometime.

 

Dear lord, if you're a programmer then walk into any CNC machine shop and start working at $30 hr, to start! I got my MCSE 20+ years ago but always had a love for manual machining. I can make some cool stuff, but now days I couldn't get a job as a machinist because I have no programming experience. Great job and great money. Home every night Take a quick CAD class and make some BIG MONEY. I'm being serious. Really I'm not telling you not to drive, but go check it out. You're are for the most part already trained in the cnc world and everyone uses it everywhere and the demand for cnc programmer make the driver shortage look like an overage.

Go try it while you're trying to get a driver job. I swear you'll never look back at driving again.

I would not worry about the ignore list very much. You are correct, the ones you have on ignore are invisible to you. If someone is on the ignore list they are in my doghouse for a variety of reasons, nothing personal. In fact a few have come back out of there. But not too often. It's more for me than for them lol.

You can edit posts, but editing or deleting threads is a moderator job. What they do most often is put a thread ban so that no one can post at all and eventually the thread sinks to the bottom to the cemetery.

 

You should contest the DAC especially if you think there is a chance your trainer will back you up with a written statement about the tire. The accident backing into the car well you're stuck with that.
I'd take the advice an find a small company that won't run DAC (don't volunteer anything unless they ask you specifically) and keep your head down, be VERY careful TRUST NO-ONE keep your nose clean for the next 3-4 yrs.

 

You came here asking for advice. Everyone IS trying to help in their own way. Trucking is NOT an industry that you can be overly sensitive otherwise you will not survive. It will chew you up and spit you out like a piece of worn out gum.
If you want PITY then this isn't the place. Good luck and understand you don't get what you want because you want it, you have to EARN it and you sir have not. Good luck.
