No, we don’t know you. Neither does the company. But the situations you’ve been involved in require an explanation. When providing that explanation you’ve gotten defensive. That doesn’t help your situation.

Look at it from the employers point of view. One guy has a spotless record with no issues at all- P.S. that other guy worked just as hard as you did to get his CDL

Another guy, looks good, but has a couple situations that need explaining. Only problem is he’s defensive and comes off like he’s making excuses. Who you picking?

If your credit is getting so badly damaged, why not just declare bankruptcy and move on? If this lifestyle is for you, then get a PO Box, work for a company that lets you live in the truck and get back on your feet.

But what we know is entirely the result of what you have posted here, and how you have posted it.
There is very little bashing for bashing's sake here (well, except when it come to Swift. We are a 'special' group of drivers and company.). For the most part everyone here responds honestly to what is being asked.
