    You won't get fat unless you want to! You can be fit as a trucker by simple things such as proper diet and some light exercise during breaks or layovers. Do some brisk walking, jumping jacks, pushups, run in place. You can do these things at truckstops or rest areas and you'll see truckers doing it often. Take a foldup bike and carry it in the sleeper and use it to visit the malls or whatever when you're on a break at a truckstop.

    I am terrible at working out myself. It helps when I'm forced to do so ie in my job. But yes that's one of the things I remember in the cdl manual haha. Thanks so much for the recommendations for companies, will look into all of them and apply at the ones that peek my interest.
    So just to be clear, do any of you guys think SYSCO is a bad company? They seem to be pretty decent from the few threads I've seen about them, what I've read elsewhere online, and talking to a few I've met on my routes.
