JUST JOINED THE BOARD LOTS OF GOOD INFO ON IT. JUST BOUGHT A LOG TRUCK A COUPLE MONTHS AGO STRAIGHT TRUCK WITH LOADER AND A PUP TRAILER. HAD MY OWN HEATING COOLING BUSN. BEFORE THIS TILL HOUSING MARKET FELL APART. . HAD THE CDL FOR 3 YRS OTR FRIEND HELPED ME OUT YRS AGO GETTING IT RAN WITH HIM FOR AWHILE. GIVEN THE LOG TRUCKING BUSN A TRY HERE IN WI SEE HOW IT GOES. BOUGHT A 87 FORD LTL 9000 WITH A 425 HP CAT 13 SPEED F 90 LOADER AND A 16 FT PUP TRAILER. MAY SWITCH TO OTR AFTER THE KIDS GET OLDER OR GET ANOTHER LOG TRUCK. HELLO EVERYBODY.

 

Thanks for the welcome, I hope this new busn. works out as well. Was going to go O/O flatbed otr but got a little girl and boy at home so opt for the log hauling just to be around more got good price on the truck and loader with the pup plus I'm able to fabricate and repair most anything. If it don't pan out ill buy a truck with a sleeper and a flatbed and hit the road. All a person can do is keep trying to make it.
