I left trucking industry about 25 years ago, because I was too stubborn to get my CDL when they went into effect. Now after 5 years of being unemployed I'm back in school getting my CDL.

Thanks for your vote of confidence. A few but I still have awhile to go.

It'll be over before ya know it. The company I'm applying for said it would've been a good idea to put in the application and started the process well before the semester ended. I'm on waiting list at the moment. Looking at 3 weeks out before they can get me in. I'm sure this principle applies to many of the companies out there. Local work may be a different story all together.

I'm sure. I've gotten pre-hires from 5 companies but I'm still looking.
