First of all...you don't have to stay out 4 weeks to be considered OTR...as far as going to the restroom...explain the bottle with their being 2 people in truck...one thing I told my students before when I trained was...if you need to stop and use the restroom, feel free to stop..have no issue with that.

The biggest mistake I made was paying a school to get my CDL back and not going with any company right away . I waited a year and pretty much was forced to do it all over again or a refresher course as they like to call it. I'm still kicking myself in the ### over that one.

A good company in MS is Howard Transportation in Ellisville. They might help you get back on the road; they do hire new CDL graduates.

First of all you have to be honest with yourself. You say you quit cause the trainer pushed too hard and got mad cause you used the bathroom. Why not request a new trainer? Personally I think there is more to your story that you're not sharing with us. Were you really homesick or was that an excuse to go home?

This... Training is one of those things you have to suck up and take. Training sucks in general, especially if you get a bad trainer, but going home is worse than having a bad trainer in my opinion. I would have asked for a new trainer before going home. Plus, how has a year passed before deciding you wanna drive again?
