I have locked my key in twice...two different companies, two different trucks. Chicago cost the company right at $300 for the locksmith....Sullivan, MO cost me $50............after each time I got spare keys.

Maybe one of the knowledgable shop techs show him how to get in if the event happens again

Shouldve called a towing company they have tools couldve unlocked your truck in 2 minutes cheaper then a new window

As I poster earlier. Get vice grips, if locked out at truck stop and can't borrow any, they sell them inside, latch onto round plastic part circled in picture. Latch with handle of vice grip facing toward back of truck. Twist up until window latch is in open position, open window, reach in and open door. Pull vice grips to original position. Get in and go.

I always shut the door with one hand in my pocket holding the spare key and the other hand closing the door. I do get some funny looks from people thinking I'm playing pocket pool. Just glad nobody has smiled and winked at me
