The State of Mississippi cancelled my CDL once. It was a glitch in the system. A trooper fixed it on his on board computer. The lady at the DMV couldn't do a thing on hers. Go figure

    201773 and buddyd157 Thank this.

Yeah, and when renewal time comes for the physical, it is the person's responsibility to make sure their state DMV has a record of it.

Yes, although that information has nothing whatsoever to do with why his CDL was canceled.

It could be anything. I just had a cousin who had his CDL revoked for an incident that happened 15 years ago that he was never convicted of. He working trying to get it straightened out now.

He was charged with leaving the scene of an accident, but it was just a big misunderstanding and the DA decided not to prosecute. His lawyer said it would have been easier to resolve if he had actually been convicted. Instead of a open and closed case, he just has a charge floating out there that has not been resolved.

Did they give you a receipt? In PA, if you self certify in person they give a type of receipt and actually tell you to carry it with you just in case.

Last week I emailed mine in for the first time. Says it could take up to 2 weeks to show in system. Therefore I am carrying everything and have the email readily available just in case.
