You talking bout the fins? Just comb them straight if it ain't leaking. Blow the rad and cac out with an air hose not water. Water will turn the debri to mud and when it dries it will be like concrete.
Nando85 Thanks this. -
Looks fine to me. You can look for leaks at the boots on the CAC. I'd look at the radiator/thermostat and water pump.

Yes for leaks on the air charge piping. Just idle up to around 1500 rpm and squirt the boots and all conections with soapy water and look for bubbles. Any bubbles and you have found a leak.

Don't forget to check your fan make sure it's operating when it should and that the fan clutch is locking up(no squealing.)
Nando85 and Superhauler Thank this. -
Ok definitely try the blow cac and radiator, thermostats? 96 degree plus heavy hills 220-225 ,iddle 210,what would you guys do next

One thing I noticed iddle 210 fan should kick in bring down right not happening

Those sound like normal temperatures for the situations you described. As long as the fan is coming on and it doesn't rise much above 225. On a hot day with the A/C running I'll be constantly kicking the fan on and off(210 on my cummins.)

What was posted then look at air filter to see if plugged. And turbo take induction pipe off and inspect turbo fins for damage or marks in the housing. All the free stuff first before you start throwing $$$ at it.fargonaz Thanks this.
