Microwave oven use is free in truckstops. Maybe take some cheap microwave food to help out until your first paycheck.
No food is cheap in truckstops. Most drivers stock up at Walmart and carry it in the truck then microwave it at the truckstops.

That's a good question.I do not know.Its costly living on the road.But if you need a job bad enough you'll do it untill your record isn't alarming to the better companies.
