I want to be clear about this, and many will agree with me while you (and others) will think I am an ***** hole; right now, until maybe the beginning of the third quarter of 2025, it will be a carrier employment market.

What this means is we carriers do not need new drivers, we are picking from the better drivers which means we do not have to deal with mistakes or other crap that new drivers bring.

That said, I would not care about your criminal past but your driving record, what is it?

 

The question is how long ago did you catch these charges? Also, are you on unsupervised probation? Many carriers may disqualify drivers if they have certain charges stemming from the last 3 to 5 years. If they are drug and alcohol charges, then you'll definitely have to wait a little bit of time.
