    Yes if you start your own authority you need to do a pre employment and enroll drug test consortium.

    And wait for the results before booking a load. When the drug tests first sarted. Clean cut. Drivers would be sent for a test. Then loaded before the results came back. More than 1 failed..

    You have to be tested and cleared before driving no matter what (alcohol and drug) AND you must be enrolled in a consortium if you're running your own numbers.
