I just bought a sheet set from walmart for 3 bucks, its a plain white one and never falls off. Also did you know that dot requires white sheets so you can see if your getting carbon monoxide inside the truck?

You see, I was told that it was in case y'all happen on a crash scene, and bandages are needed.
Although, if I were a victim of a crash, I doubt I'd care WHAT color my bandages were. However,
I might be concerned about how clean they were.
Judging from the dirty appearance of SOME drivers, I think I'd prefer to take my chances and do without the bandages.

I have yet to find any regulation that says white sheets are required.

It was also explained that the law required that the bunk be made after sleeping in it.
I guess that's so it would be obvious y'all weren't driving and sleeping at the same time.
It was also explained that it was no longer enforced.
I don't know if it's still a law now, or not.
One way or the other, I never paid any attention to it.
It's like one city that still has a law against beating a mule to death on a public street.
Google crazy laws sometime for a good laugh.

Same thing when I was in school. They said to watch going through Connecticut, because the DOT would come out from the scale house and check sometimes. I actually bought a set and kept them in the original package in case. -
Why not just a battery operated carbon monoxide detector?
......wonders why they aren't required in all trucks with sleepers.......after all there is a chance of CO poisoning. Of course with idling laws, it's not gonna be such a worry now huh?
Better hush before the "powers that be" see this post and try to inforce it! :-0 -
Now-a-daze, I'm not even sure having a thermometer to look at is a good idea.
