The closest thing I have is place called inland truck, will try it. As far as engine goes, full out of frame 75k miles ago. Truck has 1.3m miles with nothing to my knowledge done to driveline

Could you try to describe your issue more in detail?
Like do you feel the vibration coming from one side or the other or is it in the center of the truck or is it under your seat or is the whole cab shaking? Does it feel at all like the front end?
Does it always happen at a certain speed on a rough road?
You said earlier that your tires have some uneven wear on them. They should not. They should all wear about the same. If the tires are wearing funny whatever is causing that could be your problem. Maybe you have a loose wheel bearing or your axle is moving or you're out of alignment?
Maybe you could post some photos of the wear on your tires?
When I put my truck in service I had put tires on from another truck and they had a little bit of river wear and man that made a hell of a vibration.
The new tires wiped that right out.
Also from my experience when you experience a vibration only at a certain speed that is tire or wheel related.Rideandrepair Thanks this. -
speeds are roughly 45-65 when it happens, and only on acceleration. If I’m on a flat and accelerate it feels almost all the way smooth, very tolerable.
two tires have river wear, front drive axle inside position on each side.
Also this only happens when I have a trailer on. When bobtailing I can gun it hard from 45 to 65 and 65 to 90 mph with absolutely zero vibration or skipping.
three axle alignment was done about 40k miles ago
maybe far fetched, but could a bad turbo sensor cause this? Read that it can affect the acceleration/boost/power which could be causing my rpms to drop under 15 in tenth gear with could make the truck studder working harder in non ideal rpm levels relative to the gear? -

King pins ? I had the shakes on my cascadia and shop in Phoenix took care of them . Been good ever since . With the strange tire wear it sure sounds suspension related .

you're talking to a guy that drove a '72 Pete, and I'd tilt the hood to "check the engine",,,
