    Coming here for help! Going through an ifta audit and on the gps questionnaire it asks how often my gps pings! I had a Rand McNally 730 TND at the time and I have googled and searched and can’t find what I’m looking for! Do they “ping” ? Is it a constant signal? How do they record locations for the dock? Or if that’s how It works? Can anyone help? I’m so stressed! Thanks!

    I would just tell them every 5 minutes and not worry about it. They don't know the answer any more than you do. If for some unforeseen circumstance, they call you on it, just tell them that's what you found out from a bunch of a##holes in a trucker forum. They're not worried about silly #### like that. They just want to make sure your paying like you should.
